At Elunarify, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • Be in its original packaging.

  • Include proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@elunarify.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@elunarify.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable

We'll work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used dietary supplements unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (unless required by applicable law)

If you have questions about whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different item, the fastest option is to return the eligible product (once approved) and place a new order.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.

For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@elunarify.com.
