Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used supplement products unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We'll review your request and work to provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.
For returns due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you no longer want the item, you may request a return after delivery, provided it meets the eligibility requirements above.
